Introduction
Link Hands Uganda is focused on improving the lives of the marginalized and needy people in Eastern Uganda. This is done through programs like education sponsorships, relief food, small business start-ups, medical care support to Nalufenya children’s hospital, social support program, and evangelism.
The organization envisions a transformed community socially, economically, and reached with the good news of Jesus Christ. And this will be achieved by working together with all stakeholders and well-wishers, those who bare the same vision and objectives as Link Hands.
For the past four years the organization has registered great success through its programs which are visibly on the ground. This month of September, we reached out to the communities as stipulated below.
Activities of the month.
The following are the activities performed in the month of September 2025.
1. School fees: Link Hands Uganda runs a sponsorship program where 14 children in both primary and secondary schools. These children come from needy families and the best gift we can give them is education because we believe after school, they will be able to get jobs and be able to support themselves. Their school fees for this third term or last term of the year were paid fully. There are two students supported at the university. once they complete their studies, they will volunteer with Link Hands Uganda.

2. Malnutritional Ward of Nalufenya: Link Hands Uganda continues to support the malnutritional ward of Nalufenya Children’s hospital with food and sanitary items to make the hospital run smoothly. With this small help, many lives are saved and dreams come true. The hospital management is grateful for this monthly support.

3. Parcels to Brenda: We delivered four parcels full of clothes and shoes to Brenda. She is an outstanding lady we have supported for years, and she has proven to be consistent with her business of selling secondhand clothes. Link Hands is proud of Brenda, and all her achievements make us proud.
4. Medical support to Mr. Opuro Michael. He is a secondary school teacher who got involved in a boda-boda accident. His beloved wife Robina reached out to us seeking help and we intervened. Opuro broke his legs, so he needed to see an orthopedic to amend them. Link Hands paid all his medical bills. His wife Robina said, “God has his own ways of helping his people. He brought you when I list expected. God bless you”.

Conclusion
We are thankful to the Lord for leading us into this ministry of reaching out to people and showing them love and restoring hope through the Word of God. This has led many to faith and accept Christ as their Lord and Savior. These subtle acts of kindness mean a lot to us! We are proud of our work and we pray that the Lord enables us and we continue serving the marginalized and needy people in Uganda.
